ORDER ON MOTION FOR JUDGMENT ON THE PLEADINGS

This matter comes before the Court on a Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, filed by Defendant B.C. Enterprises, Inc. and Defendant Aristocrat Towing, Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”) on December 16, 2009. Defendants sold at least twenty vehicles owned by active-duty servicemembers at auction between 2004 and 2009. The United States has filed suit against Defendants on behalf of these servicemembers.
