GRAY, Circuit Judge.

In March, 1895, John Wiseman, one of the bankrupts in the above-entitled case, together with another, was surety upon the bond of George L. Hubbard, administrator of George K. Plubbard, deceased, in the sum of $6,000. The condition of the bond, inter alia, was that George L. Hubbard, administrator of the estate of George K. Hubbard, should well and truly administer the said estate, should make and file an inventory and appraisement, according to law, should make or cause to be made, a just and true account of the said administration within one year from the date of the…
