The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) filed suit against Southwestern Bell Telephone, L.P., doing business as AT & T Southwest and SBC Communications (“AT & T”), for terminating the employment of Jose Gonzalez and Glenn Owen in violation of Title VII. AT & T filed a motion for summary judgment, which the district court 1 denied.
