MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes before the Court on plaintiffs Motion [24] to Compel the Production of Documents. Upon consideration of the plaintiffs motion, the defendants’ opposition [25] thereto, the plaintiffs reply [26] brief, the applicable law, and the entire record herein, the Court concludes that the plaintiffs Motion to Compel will be GRANTED.
