Currently pending are twenty-seven (27) putative class action lawsuits asserting securities fraud claims against defendant Telxon Corporation (“Telxon”), Frank Brick (President and CEO of Telxon), and Kenneth Haver (Senior Vice President and CFO of Telxon). Three plaintiffs, or collections of plaintiffs, have filed motions for consolidation, for appointment as lead plaintiff, and for approval of their chosen counsel, pursuant to the framework set forth in 15 U.S.C. § 78u-4.
