BILL BASS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment awarding actual and punitive damages to Barrick-man for his discharge by Pacesetter for filing a worker’s compensation claim. We will affirm.

Barrickman started to work for Pacesetter in 1982, holding a variety of positions with the company. He worked as a factory representative, senior factory representative, assistant sales manager and sales manager of the Shreveport and Ft. Worth offices.
