CRANE, District Judge.
Defendant Allstate moves for summary judgment on the grounds that Plaintiffs’ failure to comply with the requirements of prompt notice and reasonable repairs under their homeowner’s insurance policy precludes coverage for mold growth resulting from water damage to the Plaintiffs’ home.
