MULLARKEY, Justice.

The plaintiff, Michael Anderson (Anderson) appeals from an order of the district court granting the defendant M.W. Kellogg Company’s (Kellogg’s) motion for summary judgment. The trial court ruled that two different statutes of repose contained in sections 13-80-127(l)(a) and 13-80-127.6(l)(a), 6 C.R.S. (1985 Supp.) barred Anderson’s claims. Anderson appeals 1 the application of the statutes of repose to his case and challenges the constitutionality of the statute of repose in section 13-80-127.-6.
