James Cravens (“Movant”) appeals the denial of his motion for post-conviction relief. He seeks relief pursuant to Rule 29.15. 1 After an evidentiary hearing, the motion court entered extensive findings of facts and conclusions of law and denied Movant’s claims of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. Because this court is left with a definite, firm impression Movant’s trial lawyer was constitutionally ineffective and there is a reasonable probability that, but for the lawyer’s ineffectiveness, the trial result would have been different, we find the denial of post-conviction…
