Michael F. Gennetten appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. Mr. Gennetten was convicted after a jury trial of second degree murder, section 565.021, RSMo 2000. 1 The trial court sentenced him to thirty years imprisonment.
