{¶ 1} Relator, Craftsman Basement Finishing System, Inc., commenced this original action in mandamus seeking an order compelling respondent, Administrator of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation ("bureau"), to vacate its order denying relator's R.C. 4123.291 protest of the bureau's reclassification of its salespersons from manual 8742 to manual 5605, and to enter an order restoring manual 8742 to relator's payroll.
