Plaintiffs Bruce and Celeste Gebhardt brought the instant action against Allspect, Inc. (“Allspect”) and Bruce Rickard 1 alleging, inter alia, breach of contract and gross negligence arising out of a home inspection performed by Allspect for plain tiffs. After their former insurer Bankers Insurance Company (“BIC”) denied coverage for plaintiffs’ claims, Allspeet filed a Third-Party Complaint against BIC for breach of contract and against the brokerage agency Associations Liability Insurance Agency, Inc.
