In this original proceeding filed pursuant to C.A.R. 21, the Colorado Supreme Court *151Grievance Committee, its chair, and Disciplinary Counsel (collectively “the petitioners”) seek an order dismissing a complaint filed by Macon Cowles in the District Court for the City and County of Denver, alleging that DR 7-107(G) of the Code of Professional Responsibility was facially unconstitutional and unconstitutional as applied.
