Appellee, Mack Bryant, filed a complaint in the circuit court of Cook County wherein he prayed for specific performance of an option to purchase, for an injunction, and for the removal of certain clouds on the title of the real estate being litigated for. The defendants named were all persons appearing of record to claim some right, title or interest in the premises. Among them was Myrtle Wall, the sole appellant here.
