The Reno Savings Bank is a corporation organized under the laws of this state for banking purposes. It was engaged in the-business of banking from its organization, in the month of April, 1876, until the twenty-fourth day of June, 1880, when it became involved and suspended business. It was then indebted to plaintiff Thompson and many others, some of whom, for convenience, assigned their demands to him. Thompson recovered judgment against the bank. An execution issued upon the judgment was returned nulla bona, and thereupon Thompson brought this suit in equity…
