OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

The judgment appealed from and order of the Appellate Division brought up for review should be affirmed, with costs. We agree with the Appellate Division’s conclusion that subdivision (2) of section 2-403 of the Uniform Commercial Code does not insulate defendants from plaintiff Porter’s lawful claim to the Utrillo painting.
