This action is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment ■of the Court of Common Pleas.

The plaintiff by his petition alleged that he was the holder of •certain bearer bonds, either issued by or for which the defendant Is liable, and which the defendant upon demand refused to pay. The petition alleges that there is now due the plaintiff as the holder of «aid bearer bonds the several amounts alleged in the ten causes of ■action set forth in the petition.
