OPINION OF THE COURT

2Per curiam

Respondent Michael E Zulandt was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York by the Third Judicial Department on December 7, 2006. At all times relevant herein, he maintained an office for the practice of law within the First Judicial Department.

On December 24, 2008, respondent pleaded guilty to a charge of assault in the third degree (Penal Law § 120.00), a class A misdemeanor. In accordance with his plea agreement, the court sentenced respondent to 10 months of incarceration, ordered restitution in the amount of $8,272.55, and entered a final order of…
