Following a trial by jury Defendant-Appellant Boris Lisyansky was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire and the substantive offense of murder-for- hire, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1958, 2. The district court sentenced Lisyansky to consecutive statutory maximum sentences of ten years on each count.
