McGraw, Justice:
Defendant, Thurman Matthew Vance, appeals a judgment of conviction entered after a jury found him guilty of breaking and entering in violation of W.Va. Code, 61-3-12 [1923]. We granted Vance a writ of error and superse-deas and now affirm the judgment.
Vance makes several assignments of error; we begin by addressing his claim that the trial court erred in admitting his confession.
