Real property owned by appellant located at Sixth avenue and Twenty-third street and Twenty-fourth street in the city of New York has been assessed for the year 1935. This appeal brings up for review the assessability of this real estate.

Appellant, a fraternal corporation, was organized pursuant to chapter 272 of the Laws of 1864.
