This is an action brought under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), the “Social Security Act.” Plaintiff seeks review of the Commissioner of Social Security’s (“the Commissioner”) denial of social security benefits (Docket #2). The Commissioner filed its Memorandum of Law in support of the decision to deny benefits (see, Docket # 11) and, Plaintiff filed her own Memorandum of Law (see, Docket # 12).
