An information was filed in the Circuit Court of Stone County charging Yerdo Link with having stolen a number of chickens of the value of fifty dollars. Upon a trial he was convicted and sentenced to two years’ imprisonment in the penitentiary. From this judgment he appeals.

The testimony for the State disclosed that one J. E. Gibbs, Avho AAras in the poultry business, discovered upon a return to his home with his family after a days’ absence, that about half of his flock of chickens, which had numbered more than one hundred, was missing.
