This action of contract to recover on a bond of fidelity insurance was heard by a judge of the Superior Court, who found for the defendant. By the terms of the bond, the defendant agreed to indemnify the plaintiffs and to hold them harmless from loss sustained through any dishonest act of any employee, wherever committed and whether committed directly or by collusion with others.
