Plaintiffs, two computer-equipment leasing companies (jointly “El Camino”), entered into agreements with and were defrauded out of millions of dollars by Cyberco Holdings, Inc. (“Cyberco”). Cy-berco’s bank, Defendant Huntington National Bank (“Huntington”), accepted funds for deposit that Cyberco fraudulently obtained from Plaintiffs. El Cami-no sued Huntington for conversion, aiding and abetting conversion, aiding and abetting fraud, and unjust enrichment.
