MEMORANDUM

SILER, Chief Judge.

This action seeks declaratory and injunc-tive relief, statutory response costs, and common law compensatory damages for individuals who live near a landfill in Laurel County, against corporations which have allegedly illegally dumped hazardous wastes there. Currently before the Court are defendant Westinghouse’s motion for summary judgment on the second and third causes of action, plaintiffs’ motion to realign the landowner as a plaintiff, and defendants’ joint motion for sanctions.
