| iThis is an appeal from a jury verdict in which appellant Anthony Bell was convicted of two counts each of aggravated robbery and theft of property, as well as using a firearm in the commission of the offenses. He was sentenced to an aggregate term of twenty-two years’ imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction and assessed a fine of $1,000.00 on each count of theft of property.
