This suit was brought by appellant, Mrs. C. 8. L. Seureau, a feme sole, against S. D. Frazer and C. Glen Nichols and wife, in trespass to try title, to recover an undivided interest in a certain tract of land in Harris county, and, in the alternative, for general relief. Frazer answered by general demurrer; not guilty; that he is an innocent purchaser for value without notice or knowledge of any of the facts pleaded by appellant; the statutes of limitations of two, four, and five years.
