* Writ if error dismissed for want of jurisdiction March 28, 1923. This was a suit instituted by appellants against appellees in the ordinary form of trespass to try title, involving a strip of land 235 varas wide off the north side of the Bullock league in Jefferson county, Tex., now a part of the city of Beaumont, on which have been made improvements to the value of about $125,000.
