Plaintiff sued defendants to recover damages for personal injuries to himself and damages to his automobile occasioned when the automobiles of the parties collided on Aurora avenue, in the city of Seattle. After the case was at issue, trial was had to the court, sitting without a jury. The court made findings of fact and conclusions of law, and thereafter entered judgment in favor of plaintiff. Defendants McKellips have appealed.
