AMENDED MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
WILLIAM GREENDYKE, Bankruptcy Judge.
The above-styled case came before the court on December 4, 1998 for hearing on Allen R. Lazor’s (Lazor) Motion for Examination of Transaction with Counsel Relating to Professional Services Rendered and Application for Reimbursement of Expenses pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P.2017(a). Lazor seeks approval of the pre-petition retainer, reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses and reimbursement of fees for the preparation of the application.
