DECISION and ORDER
ROSS W. KRUMM, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter before the Court for decision is whether a Chapter 7 debtor’s attorney should be compensated from the estate. The Chapter 7 Trustee objected to the fee application filed by Debtor’s counsel, and a hearing was held on December 17, 1998, at which both parties were heard. The Court has considered the pleadings filed by the parties, the arguments of counsel presented at the hearing, and the relevant law on this issue.
