MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBERT H. JACOBVITZ, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court on an Order to Show Cause Why Case Should Not Be Dismissed for Failure to Comply With Credit Counseling Requirements, entered October 14, 2009 (Docket No. 8).
