United States Lines, Inc. (the “Debtor”) seeks an interlocutory judgment 1 finding GAC Marine Fuels Ltd. (“GAC Marine”) to be in continuing civil contempt and requiring GAC Marine to pay to the Debtor all accrued, unpaid contempt sanctions for the period from December 23, 1986 through February 3, 1987 as set forth in an order of this Court dated December 29, 1986.
