HATCHETT, Circuit Judge:

We dismiss this case, which at one time touched upon important first amendment issues, because the case has been rendered moot.

FACTS

Margery Wakefield and three other plaintiffs alleged that the Church of Scientology of California (the Church) committed various wrongful acts against them.
