"In this case Gordon Clemons and Vernon Clemons, children of Mrs. Annie Clemons, deceased, have instituted suit against these defendants seeking damages in the sum of $8809.31 for the death of the said Mrs. Annie Clemons, who was killed when a truck owned by C.C.
