MEMORANDUM OPINION

ARTHUR B. FEDERMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

Agribank, FCB (“Agribank”) and Danny R. Nelson, Chapter 7 trustee, have moved for summary judgment on their separate complaints objecting to the discharge of Jay Worley Kingsley and Charlene Kay Kingsley (“debtors”). This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(J) over, which the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334(b), 157(a), and 157(b)(1). For the reasons set forth below, I grant plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment in part, and will order that debtors’ discharge be denied. This Memorandum Opinion…
