On February 10, 2000, the above-captioned matter came on for hearing on the U.S. Trustee’s Motion to Convert and Farmers Savings Bank’s Motion to Dismiss. Debtors appeared with Attorney Michael Malleney. Farmers Savings Bank appeared by Attorney H. Raymond Terpstra. The Chapter 12 Trustee, Carol Dunbar, was present.
