The defendant is charged with unlawful solicitation of ground transportation services.

The defendant, in an omnibus motion, seeks: (1) to compel a bill of particulars and discovery; (2) dismissal of the charge; (3) a CPL 240A3/Sandoval hearing; and (4) reservation of rights.
