This is an appeal by Howard D. Karloff (Claimant) from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) affirming a referees decision denying benefits pursuant to Section 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Act), Act of December 5, 1936, Second Ex. Sess., P.L. (1937) 2897, as amended, 43 PS. §802(b). We reverse.
