Currently before the court is defendant’s motion for summary judgment. Doe. 55. For the reasons stated below, the motion is granted.

BACKGROUND

Plaintiff began working as a part-time substitute on a rural delivery route with the Peterborough, New Hampshire Post Office on March 7,1981. Eventually, she became a full time regular carrier with the Peterborough Post Office.
