FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDERS, with MEMORANDUM
WILLIAM W. THINNES, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matters before the Court are three adversary proceedings, which were consolidated to consider a common question of law, namely, whether the Court will consider a § 522 lien avoidance complaint filed after the debtor has been granted a discharge. Two fact patterns are presented by these cases.
