The mother1 of Ryan L. appeals from an order of the District Court (Portland, Cleaves, J.) terminating her parental rights pursuant to 22 M.R.S.A. § 4055 (Pamph. 1989). Finding no error, we affirm.

Ryan L. has been in the custody of the Department of Human Services (Department) since January 1988 when his mother, Pamela L., signed an order giving temporary custody of him to the Department.
