This appeal seeks to reverse a decree entered by the superior court of Cook County in favor of appellees. Appellants, Martin Jacobson and Minnie H. Jacobson, his wife, filed a complaint October 4, 1941, against appellees, the village of Wilmette and its officers, seeking to restrain them from enforcing a zoning ordinance against appellants and their property. After a hearing before a master and the court, their complaint, as amended, was dismissed for want of equity.
