R.V.K. and L.L.K. appeal the trial court’s property division in their divorce action. R.V.K. contends the trial court erred in refusing to limit the value of the couple’s stock in the Medical Practice Group and the Medical Equipment Business in accordance with certain buy/sell agreements. L.L.K. also contends the trial court erred in valuing the couple’s stock in the Medical Practice Group; however, she advocates a higher value than that found by the trial court.
