JONES, Circuit Judge.
A truck belonging to the appellant, B. S. Willitt, and operated by the appellant, Drew Rowe, struck and killed Ralph Charles Purvis, husband of Mrs. Georgeanna Purvis, the appellee, at a highway intersection in Georgia. Mrs. Purvis, alleging that her husband’s death resulted from the negligent operation of the truck, brought suit against Willitt and Rowe for the full value of her husband’s life which she stated to be $50,-000.
