This action is brought -to foreclose a bond and mortgage. The bond was dated July 15, 1890, and given to secure the plaintiff the payment of $1,000.five- years from date, with semi-annual interest, and was executed by Frederick Schultz and Charles F. Werth, and contained an insurance clause as follows: “ And it is also agreed by and between the parties to these presents that the said parties of the first part shall and will keep the buildings erected; and to be erected, upon the lands (covered by the mortgage) insured against loss or damage by fire by solvent insurers, and in an amount,…
