INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the court on third party plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment. Third party plaintiffs, Lincoln Street Realty and Greater Worcester Cablevision (Lincoln/Cablevision),3 intervenors in the case in chief, seek declaratory relief requesting that the exclusivity clause in a television service contract between Lincoln and Amsat be declared null and void.
