Plaintiff sued on an account aggregating One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Nine and 96/100 Dollars ($1,459.96), the value of fuel oil, aquagel, baroid and other material and supplies, delivered to and used by the defendant, Barr Petroleum Corporation, Inc., in drilling a well in search of oil and/or gas on the Southeast quarter (SE %) of the Northeast ' quarter (NE %) of Sec. 27, Twp. 7 N, R 14 W, in Sabine Parish.
