¶ 1. Earl L. Miller appeals from his conviction for conspiracy to commit armed robbery with the threat of force contrary to §§ 939.31 and 943.32(2), Stats., kidnapping contrary to § 940.31(l)(a), STATS., and operating a vehicle without the owner's consent resulting in the death of another contrary to § 943.23(lr), Stats.
